A number of Respiratory Courses were run in the late 1970’s until 1982. A three week course in 1979 on ITU at Waikato cost $30 -$40.
The Canterbury Hospital Board ran a three month Advanced Diploma in Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy in 1983 for $200.
